We will be offering educational activities for behavioral health professionals and providers in the coming year. Examples may include webinars or workshops on trauma informed care, agency readiness for peer support services, recovery oriented practices, and person centered care.
Do you have a specific presenter or workshop in mind? We’d be happy to do the leg work to bring behavioral health education and awareness to your community! Depending on the activity and required resources, we can help coordinate behavioral health trainings, workshops, and webinars for your audience.
Reframing Recovery Workshop, presented by Robyn Priest of Peerlink
3 hr Workshop hosted by Jannus Inc.
Tuesday, October 24, 2017
The Reframing Recovery Workshop challenges perceptions and beliefs about mental health recovery, including how we, as a community, define it. Too often our ability to recover is questioned, challenged, and defined by others. With interactivity and visuals, thought-provoking exercises, group dialogue, and story-sharing, participants are challenged to reframe how they see recovery for themselves and for those around them.

In this webinar, you will learn how counselors use mindfulness to become more present with, and connected to, their clients, as well as how they integrate mindfulness practice into their existing approach to counseling.
