This training will inform people about the risk factors of brain health across all stages of an adult life, support the de-stigmatization of brain conditions, and educate health care providers about brain health as it pertains to prevention, wellbeing, treatment, and caregiver support. This event is intended for primary care providers and exercise specialists, but community members are welcome.
