Community Event: 6th Annual Parent Network Workshop
Brought to you by the Idaho Parent Network
Starting in October of 2016, the Parent Network has hosted an annual workshop for Idaho parents to gather, support each other, and learn about the changes to children’s mental health, and the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) system of care. In the past we had 20-25 parents travel to Boise and meet with partners from state and local agencies to discuss changes and learn from each other.
Starting in 2020, we made our workshop virtual, which means we can have more parents and even more partners learn together. We are excited to invite not only parents of children with mental health concerns, but also mental health providers, local and state employees, and our community leaders who wish to get more involved in mental health topics.
There are 15 sessions this year, with 3 per day over 5 days. All sessions are free, but require registration.
