Community Event: Student Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is a certification program to help people understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Just as CPR helps people assist an individual having a heart attack – even with no clinical training – Mental Health First Aid teaches how to assist someone experiencing a mental health-related crisis. This event is for University of Idaho students.
Participants must pre-register and complete 2 hours of pre-work before the scheduled instructor-led session.
When: Saturday, March 30, 2024 | 11:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. MDT
