This event is a mental health awareness and suicide prevention event that celebrates people in recovery and others prioritizing their mental health. Participants run, hike, or bike up the mountain. The maximum distance is 15 miles round trip with a 2,900-foot elevation climb to the Top of Tamarack. Race proceeds benefit Gr8ter, Inc., a local non-profit organization that helps people struggling with mental health find hope and happiness.
