About the Presenter:
Kyle Davis (he/him), PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in clinical health psychology and behavioral sleep medicine, including cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. He has specialized training in mood and sleep disorders, chronic pain, weight management, and in primary care mental health integration. Dr. Davis earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Dr. Davis currently practices at St. Luke’s Clinic: Lifestyle Medicine in Meridian where he provides individual and group treatments for insomnia and teaches Lifestyle Medicine participants skills to change thought and behavioral patterns to live healthier lives.
